FAAC ecology fund to local councils, by state

Monthly ecology fund allocated from the federation account to the Local Government Council (LGC) tier, rolled up to the state the councils sit in, as published in the FAAC monthly disbursement report (source "Ecology to LGCs" sheet). This is a different tier from the ecology fund allocated to the states themselves and is not a restatement of it. The consumer dimension is the printed ecology component column label, open and verbatim-keyed — the column set changes from month to month and the source's own spellings are preserved as printed. The state is carried structurally on geography_id; the printed entity label carries a trailing LGCS suffix in most vintages and is kept verbatim on every observation. The sheet's grand total row is stored against Nigeria and tagged an aggregate, as is the printed row-total column. Values are nominal naira exactly as printed. Published by the National Bureau of Statistics; compiled by the Office of the Accountant-General of the Federation (OAGF), Federation Account Department. The period is the disbursement month; the revenue shared is the prior month's. Two months are absent and are preserved as gaps rather than interpolated: the source published no workbook for October 2024, and the February 2026 workbook omits this sheet entirely.
