It is the import mirror of Table 350. Title here states what the data is; the printed caption is recorded verbatim in this note so the source page remains findable. ONE MEASURE DROPPED under the spine rule, staged as a raw row but producing no observations: "Imports", whose figures are rounded to 1dp against T335's 2dp (13,165,127.40 vs 13,165,127.35). SOURCE DEFECT (2018 column), found by QA 2026-07-28: the six category rows sum to 13,521,728.93 against the printed Imports total of 13,165,127.40 - an excess of 356,601.53 NGN million, +2.71%, outside the 1% tolerance. Every other year reconciles to within 0.05 NGN million (2019 -0.05, 2020 0.00, 2021 +1,083.55 = +0.0052%, 2022 +0.02), so the categories ARE an exact partition and 2018 alone is wrong. NBS's own printed share rows carry the same excess - they sum to 102.70868315 in 2018 against 100.00000000 in 2019 - so the defect is in the source, not in extraction. Which category is inflated cannot be identified: Tables 353/354 only reach back to 2019, so nothing arbitrates 2018. The TOTAL is the trustworthy side - Table 335 prints 13,165,127.35 and Table 332's four 2018 quarters sum to exactly that. Stored source-faithful and unreconciled; escalated to the founder. Do not repair. RESOLUTION PATH (recorded 2026-07-28): this defect is correctable if an independent 2018 import-by-category breakdown is ingested later. Candidate sources, in order of likely usefulness: (1) NBS "Foreign Trade in Goods" quarterly reports for 2018 - these carry category detail and would let the four 2018 quarters be summed against each category, exactly as Table 332 already arbitrates the annual total; (2) a reissued or revised Annual Abstract of Statistics; (3) a direct response from NBS to the enquiry raised. Until then the figures stand as published. When such a source arrives, compare it against categories Agriculture, Raw material, Manufactured and Other Oil Products - Solid mineral (66,553.36) and Energy (178.18) are both smaller than the 356,601.53 excess and cannot be its sole cause. Any correction must arrive as a NEW superseding batch, never as an edit to these rows.
