Non-performing loans as a percentage of all bank loans, Nigeria, 2018-2022. Compiled by the Central Bank of Nigeria and republished by NBS in the Annual Abstract of Statistics 2023, Table 398 (pdf page 505). The printed caption reads "None Performing Loans as Percent of All Bank Loans" - NBS's spelling of non-performing - and the table carries a single value column headed only "%", which is why the source label alone does not identify the measure. The ratio falls in every year of the series, from 11.67% in 2018 to 4.01% in 2022. Note on citation: the chapter narrative on pdf page 504 discusses these same figures as "Table 402", while the table printed above the data is numbered 398 and Table 402 in this edition is the International Investment Position. Cite 398.
