Total monthly cash flow into the Federation Account, Nigeria, 2018-01 to 2022-12, naira. Source: NBS Annual Abstract of Statistics 2023, Table 399. ⚠ **This is the gross Federation Account pool, shared by ALL THREE TIERS of government — it is NOT federal government revenue.** For 2022 the Abstract prints four similarly-named aggregates: this pool ₦12,356bn, total federally collected revenue ₦12,587bn, the Federal Government's share of the Federation Account ₦5,627bn, and the FIRS Federation-Account tax lines in Table 400 (whose 2020 and 2022 cells both printed an identical 3,664.80 (a source duplication) and, on a founder-authorised N4 repair (OW-1), now serve 3,050.11 for 2020 and 7,151.07 for 2022 recomputed from their own printed components, the printed 3,664.80 preserved on each observation).
