Liquefied Petroleum Gas imports, by country of origin

The country of origin is carried in `dimension` (and in `dimensions.partner_country`), never as a geography. `public.geographies.country_id` is NOT NULL and a foreign country has no honest value for it, and `v_public_observation.geography` reads as "the place this statistic is about" — these figures are about NIGERIAN imports. Creating geography rows for Spain or the USA would let a reader chart them against Nigerian state data. Same treatment as the chapter 03 diaspora series. Seven origins: Algeria, Argentina, Equatorial Guinea, India, Spain, Trinidad & Tobago, USA. The USA alone is 73.3% of the total. ⚠ SINGLE PERIOD: 2019 only — a cross-section, not a trend. The printed TOTAL of 526,059.36 metric tonnes equals the sum of the seven origins exactly; it is not served (it would double-count against its own components) and is a single point, so it is quarantined in staging and recorded here. ⚠ Reported in METRIC TONNES, explicitly, while Table 241 reports LPG truck-out in LITRES; the two are not comparable without a density assumption Prism does not make.
