Percentage of household members with access to an insecticide-treated net, 2018 (NDHS 2018, via NBS Annual Abstract 2023, Table 204). Percentage of the SURVEYED population, not of Nigeria's population. The source table stacks THREE DIFFERENT BREAKDOWNS under group headers that the extractor dropped; they have been reconstructed from the source page and are carried in the dimension label of every row: six GEOPOLITICAL ZONES (served against the zone geography), RESIDENCE (Urban / Rural - these are residence strata, NOT geographies, and are served against Nigeria), and WEALTH INDEX QUINTILE (Lowest / Second / Middle / Fourth / Highest, also served against Nigeria). The three groups are alternative partitions of the same survey population: rows from different groups must never be summed or compared as if they were peers. Rate, not a count - do not place on a shared axis with counts.
